Brands pay motion studios five figures to produce animated brand visuals.
This workflow does it in an afternoon — and the output is indistinguishable from what a studio ships.
Here’s what I built: collage art brand visuals, animated from a blank board, each element flying in and locking into place. Jordan 1. Carhartt. Off-White. Supreme. Corteiz. Five brands, five motion graphics, one afternoon.

Here’s how it works:
GPT Image 2.0 + Seedance
Start with a reference. Go to Pinterest and find 3-5 images that match the aesthetic you want — rough paper cuts, torn edges, warm cardboard texture, hard shadows. This is your style anchor before you touch any tool.
Generate your image in GPT Image 2.0. One product per image. Prompt for the collage look specifically — overlapping paper elements, imperfect shapes, analog grain, hard drop shadows. Generate 6-8 variations and pick the strongest.
Open Seedance. First, create your first frame — a blank crumpled cardboard or kraft paper texture that matches the background of your GPT image. Set that as the first frame. Set your GPT image as the last frame. Seedance animates the transition — elements build from the empty board and construct the final image in real time. That build-up is the motion graphic.
Higgsfield Supercomputer
If you have Higgsfield, you can run the entire workflow in one place — image generation and animation without switching tools.
Here’s how it works:
Find your collage art reference on Pinterest. Same direction as before — rough paper cuts, torn edges, warm cardboard texture, hard shadows, imperfect shapes. Save 4-5 images that match the energy you want. This is your style anchor and it matters — the reference is what tells Higgsfield what aesthetic to stay in.
Open Higgsfield Supercomputer and upload your Pinterest reference directly into the chat. This locks the model into your visual direction before you prompt for anything.
Prompt it to generate your collage image using GPT Image 2.0. One product per image. Tell it the product, the collage style, and the composition you want — overlapping paper elements, imperfect shapes, analog grain, hard drop shadows. Generate multiple variations and pick the strongest one.
Once you have the image, prompt Supercomputer to animate it. Tell it to start from a blank crumpled board and build to the finished image — each element flies in one by one and locks into place. Product first, background layers after, texture and type last.
Generate 3-5 animation variations per image. Pick the best output, cut the rest. Export and edit into your reel — one build per cut, clean audio track, done.
Same result. Higgsfield is faster end-to-end. Seedance gives you more control over the first and last frame.
Either way — what used to take a studio two weeks takes you an afternoon.
